Business Agreement

This Business Agreement governs your use of ClipCashX as a Business User.
1. What is ClipCashX?
ClipCashX connects businesses with creators. Businesses upload promotional videos, set budgets and rewards, and pay only for posts approved by ClipCashX admin.
2. Platform Fee
ClipCashX charges 0% platform fee to Business Users.
You pay only the campaign budget you set. The 10% platform fee is deducted from creator rewards, not from your campaign budget.
3. Supported Platforms
Supported platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook. Each campaign targets one platform only.
4. Campaign Creation
- Upload a promotional video.
- Set the per-post reward starting from €1.00 gross and total budget.
- Select target platform and creator level.
- Add optional requirements and deadline.
5. Funding & Payments
- Campaign budgets are funded upfront via Stripe.
- Funds are released only after admin approval.
- Rejected submissions are not paid.
- All amounts are in Euros.
6. Admin Review
- Submissions are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Business Users may flag submissions, but ClipCashX admin makes final decisions.
- Business Users cannot unilaterally reject compliant submissions.
7. Refunds
- Unspent campaign budget is refunded within 5–10 business days.
- Amounts already paid to creators are non-refundable.
- Since Business fee is 0%, the full unspent budget is refundable subject to fraud investigations and applicable law.
8. Content Requirements
Businesses are responsible for ensuring campaign content is legal, non-misleading, and compliant with platform rules.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Illegal campaigns, fraud, direct off-platform circumvention, and abuse are prohibited.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain.
