Business Agreement

This Business Agreement governs your use of ClipCashX as a Business User.

1. What is ClipCashX?

ClipCashX connects businesses with creators for Pay per Sale (LIVE Sales) campaigns. Businesses connect a store, select an eligible product, create and fund a campaign, and pay only when eligible sales are confirmed under the applicable campaign rules.

2. Platform Fee

ClipCashX charges 0% platform fee to Business Users.
You pay only the campaign budget you set. The 10% platform fee is deducted from creator rewards, not from your campaign budget.

3. Supported Platform

LIVE Sales campaigns promote eligible products from connected stores. Legacy Pay per Post and UGC records remain separate and retain their original workflow.

4. Campaign Creation

Connect an eligible store and select an eligible product.
Set the per-sale reward at or above the current €10.00 minimum and set the total budget.
Select the applicable creator access requirements.
Add optional requirements and deadline.

5. Funding & Payments

Businesses fund campaigns through the ClipCashX wallet, which can be topped up through Stripe.
Funds are reserved from the wallet and consumed only when eligible sales are confirmed.
Unused campaign funds follow the applicable release or refund workflow.
All amounts are in Euros.

6. Review

Review timing can vary.
Business and Admin review permissions depend on the applicable workflow.
Legacy UGC orders follow their original final-approval workflow for those records.

7. Legacy UGC Orders

Legacy UGC orders are separate from LIVE Sales campaigns and retain their original price and workflow shown in the app. Legacy UGC orders are not presented as a current ClipCashX product. Cancellation, refund, revision, safety review, and release for those legacy orders continue to follow the order state shown in the app.

8. Refunds

Eligible unused or cancelled amounts are returned through the applicable ClipCashX wallet/refund workflow.
Amounts already released to creators are not automatically reversed.
Stripe card refunds are separate from internal wallet credits unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Content Requirements

Businesses are responsible for ensuring campaign content is legal, non-misleading, and compliant with platform rules.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal campaigns, fraud, direct off-platform circumvention, and abuse are prohibited.

11. Governing Law

The applicable governing law and contracting entity details will be published once finalized.
