ClipCashX is operated by Popa Marius Cristian, an individual acting as the data controller for the personal data processing described in this Privacy Policy.

When you choose “Sign in with Google”, ClipCashX uses Firebase Authentication and the Google Sign-In SDK. The web flow explicitly adds the email scope. The Android/iOS Google Sign-In SDK uses the standard Google Sign-In configuration, which may include openid, profile and email identity scopes. Firebase Authentication returns the following profile fields:
ClipCashX stores these fields in Firebase Authentication and in a Firestore document under users/{uid}. They are used only to create and operate your ClipCashX account, select your Creator/Business role, display your profile, support Admin account management, and enforce platform security. ClipCashX does not request additional Google OAuth scopes for Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google service content. ClipCashX does not sell Google-authenticated data.
Disconnecting Google access from your Google Account does not delete your ClipCashX account or the data already stored in Firebase Authentication/Firestore. To delete your ClipCashX account, use Settings → Delete Account in the app or contact clipcash.support1@gmail.com.
Account profile data is removed or minimised through the functional account-deletion workflow. Financial, fraud-prevention and legal/tax records may be retained only as required by applicable law and operational requirements.
ClipCashX uses Stripe for card top-ups and creator payouts. We do not store full card details. Stripe processes payout data directly under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with Stripe, Google Firebase, service providers required to operate ClipCashX, and legal authorities when required by law.
Retention periods depend on the applicable legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required for those purposes.

You may delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion by email. See Delete Account. Financial records may be retained for legal compliance.
The mobile app does not use advertising cookies. The website may use essential technical cookies only. ClipCashX does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Optional anonymous Firebase Analytics is disabled by default and is enabled only after explicit in-app consent; it does not enable ads or ad personalisation.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA by providers such as Stripe or Google, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
ClipCashX is not for users under 18. Minor accounts will be deleted if discovered.
You may contact the data-protection authority applicable to your location. Contact support first so we can try to resolve your request.
