FAQ

Questions and answers.

Does a click earn a reward?

No. A click alone creates no reward and consumes no campaign budget. A valid attributed order may reserve a reward; only an eligible finalized sale produces an earned Pay per Sale reward.

Who takes the customer payment?

The customer pays the merchant on the merchant store. The merchant handles checkout, fulfillment, taxes, cancellations, returns and shopper refunds. ClipCashX is not the merchant of record.

Can I connect any store today?

Custom Website / API and WooCommerce follow the current server-integration implementation. Shopify remains testing / under review and is not presented as an officially approved Shopify App.

Why is my campaign pending review?

Business submissions require review before creator visibility. Only authorized review can make a campaign active, and rejected content stays hidden.

Can a pending reward be withdrawn?

No. Pending and Reserved amounts are not withdrawable. Only finalized creator ledger entries are eligible for withdrawal, subject to payout requirements.

Are legacy campaigns going away?

No. Existing Pay per Post and UGC records and obligations remain separate and accessible.

Is ClipCashX Shopify-only?

No. ClipCashX uses one shared Pay per Sale core across supported store connections. Shopify remains testing / under review, while Custom Website / API and WooCommerce follow the current implementation status.

Is ClipCashX TikTok-only?

No. TikTok is a LIVE/social promotion channel and is not the entire ClipCashX platform positioning.

Is cross-device attribution guaranteed?

No. Attribution depends on the supported tracking and checkout integration. A different device, privacy choice or missing identifier can prevent a reliable match.
